In order for new shooters to participate in a monthly

match, they must go through the  Safety Orientation

class first. Orientation classes are held at the range.

If you are interested in shooting with the Bayou

Bounty Hunters and want to take the New Shooter’s

Please Note: Membership in both clubs allows you to enjoy range privileges at times other than during normal monthly matches. Range privileges include shooting seven days a week on the cowboy range, skeet shooting on Wednesday, Saturdays and Sundays and use of camping facilities.

Visitors and spectators are welcome to our monthly matches. Eye protection is required and hearing protection is highly recommended. We shoot every 2nd Saturday of the month at 9:00 AM.


If you have range privileges and practice shooting on the steel targets, please make sure you repaint them with the correct paint color. You can purchase these at Wal-Mart, Lowes & Home Depot.  The brand and colors are: Rustoleum "Sail Blue" and "Sunrise Red".  It makes touch up a lot easier and looks better when the same colors are used.

Text Box: Florida Parish Skeet Range Rules For Long Range Rifle Use
Available to Florida Parish Skeet Club Members ONLY

Long range rifle use has exclusive precedence over the pistol range (cowboy range) for the following days/times:
				Tuesday: 12:00 PM—4:00 PM
				Thursday: 12:00 PM—4:00 PM
				Saturday 8:00 AM—11:00 AM
		(other than scheduled matches or scheduled work days)
