New Shooter Orientation -  Contact Crazy Emmitt should you or anyone you know need to go through the new shooter orientation.

Long Range Rifle and Skeet Shooting  -  Look for upcoming information regarding long range shooting opportunities.  Also, there will be skeet shooting sessions offered as well.

Clean Match Buckle Competition  -  Goofus Macooter has donated a very nice award buckle to be given away to the monthly shooter who has the most clean matches throughout the year.  The competition  will run from Hangin’ at Coyote Creek 2010 through the October match in 2011 (twelve month period).  At this time, the point standings are:  Crunch Hardtack (1), Louisiana Cuz (2), Rattlesnake Blake (2).  Like Wyatt Earp said, “In a gun fight, take your time in a hurry.”

Fisher House Charity Match

March 25, 26, 27, 2011

All proceeds from this match & donations made go to benefit Fisher House in Gulfport, MS

(Donations are 501(C)3 tax-exempt)

Supporting America's military in their time of need,

FISHER HOUSE provides "a home away from home" that enables family members to be close to a loved one during hospitalization for an illness, disease or injury

The Zachary and Elizabeth Fisher House at Keesler provides a comfortable home-away-from-home for families of seriously ill patients at the Keesler Medical Center and the Biloxi/Gulfport Veterans Health Administration Hospitals.

The criteria for occupancy is that the guest be (1) either a member of the "support team" of the patient hospitalized at these facilities or (2) a patient in an outpatient status.

Built in 1992 at no cost to the government, the 5,000 square foot, two-story Keesler Fisher House is the sixth of 43 Fisher Houses donated to those in need of lodging by the late Zachary and Elizabeth Fisher of New York. The intent was, and still is, to provide home-like accommodations. Operating costs are underwritten by nominal guest fees and by contributions to the non-profit Fisher House of Keesler, Inc., a Mississippi 501(C)3 tax-exempt corporation.  The hope is that with enough donations, we can reduce or eliminate guest fees altogether in the future.

If you would like to make a donation to this worthy cause,

please contact greg boggs at 985-796-9698 or rattlesnakeblake@bellsouth.net
